Privacy notice

What we collect

BICTHUB LLC collects the contact details, business goals, service preferences, timeframe, budget range, and other information you choose to provide in the enquiry form. We also record campaign parameters and the referring website’s origin to understand where enquiries come from. We do not ask for passports, tax identifiers, banking details, or passwords in this form.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, recommend services, prepare a quote, follow up about your request, and measure which campaigns produce relevant enquiries. Submitting the form is not a purchase or confirmation of company registration.

Storage and service providers

The site runs on Netlify. Enquiry records are stored in Supabase. Resend sends notification and acknowledgement emails. Authorized BICTHUB admins can view requests and add internal notes. The site limits repeated submissions using a short-lived hashed network identifier; the application does not store your raw IP address in the enquiry table. Hosting providers may retain their own technical logs.

Your choices

You may ask us to stop follow-up, correct your information, or remove your enquiry record by emailing service@bicthub.com. We may need to verify the request and retain records where necessary for an agreed service or applicable obligations. If you choose the WhatsApp link, WhatsApp’s own privacy practices apply.
